monday.com
Overview
What monday.com is
monday.com is a Work Operating System (Work OS): a flexible, no-code platform where teams build boards to track almost anything — projects, tasks, sales pipelines, content calendars or support queues. It is used across departments rather than being locked to one function.
Alongside the general Work OS, monday sells focused products such as monday CRM, monday dev and monday work management, all built on the same board-and-automation engine.
How it works
Work lives in boards made of items (rows) and columns (status, people, dates, numbers, and more). No-code automation recipes (“when status changes, notify owner”) move work forward without manual steps, and dashboards roll boards up into charts and KPIs.
monday connects to tools like Slack, Gmail/Outlook, HubSpot and Salesforce, and exposes an API and webhooks, so it can both trigger and receive events — which is how we wire it into automations and AI workflows.
Where it fits
monday.com suits SMB and mid-market teams that want one adaptable tool instead of many rigid ones; monday CRM is a lighter, more visual alternative to heavyweight CRMs. It is priced per seat with a small free tier.
We design and automate monday.com boards — lead routing, pipeline automation, reminders and cross-tool sync — as part of our CRM and workflow automation work.

FAQ
monday.com — common questions
Is monday.com a CRM?
monday.com is a broader Work OS, and monday CRM is its dedicated sales product built on that platform. You can run a full sales pipeline — leads, deals, stages, email sync and automations — in monday CRM, or manage CRM alongside projects and operations on the same boards.
What is the difference between monday.com and Airtable?
Both are flexible, board/database-style work platforms. monday.com leans toward work and project management with strong automations and prebuilt products (CRM, dev), while Airtable leans toward relational databases and app-building. Teams pick based on whether they want managed workflows or database flexibility.
Is monday.com free?
monday.com has a limited free plan for up to two seats, with paid Basic, Standard, Pro and Enterprise tiers that add automations, integrations, dashboards and higher limits. Exact features and seat counts are set by monday and change over time.
