In short: Zen in Tech designed and built Mary’s Art Center’s WordPress website and runs its social media marketing — a Richmond/Katy art studio for kids and adults. A warm, easy-to-book site for classes, Paint & Sip and parties, plus an ongoing Facebook and Instagram presence built to reach new students and event bookings.

The brief

The challenge

A local art studio lives on a full calendar — beginner and advanced kids’ classes, adult oil-painting sessions, Paint & Sip nights, birthday parties and summer camp. To fill them it needs two things working together: a welcoming site where a parent or a date-night couple can grasp the offer and book in a couple of taps, and a steady social presence that keeps the studio in front of local families.

Mary’s Art Center had the art and the space; it needed the digital side to match. The brief was a warm, credible WordPress site that shows the work and makes booking effortless, plus ongoing social media marketing to turn Richmond and Katy locals — parents, hobbyists, party planners — into students and bookings.

Our approach

Our approach

An art studio sells warmth and creativity, so the site has to feel like the room: bright, full of real work, and easy. We built a WordPress site the owner can grow, put the classes and events front and center, and made booking a trial or a party the obvious next step.

Then social keeps the flywheel turning. Regular Facebook and Instagram content — real classes, finished pieces, events and offers — keeps the studio visible to local parents and hobbyists, so the calendar stays full between search and word of mouth.
